About W39 Services
W39 Services was founded on September 10, 2001. We are a leader in our industry sector and pride ourselves on our professionalism, quality and reliability of service, including the highest standards of ethics and teamwork. W39 Services is an Irish company.
Front line Staff
The W39 team is made up of over 45 full time employees. Our staff members are our most important asset and we have carefully recruited customer-focused employees who have a professional attitude, are personable and understand the need to provide a quality service. They have been trained to the highest standards not only in their area of expertise but importantly in customer care and client satisfaction. We are sure when you meet them you will appreciate these attributes.
Operations Manager
Brian Kavanagh is a qualified Operations Manager with more than 15 years experience and a background in aviation support services. His knowledge combined with accreditations in Health and Safety, a diploma in management studies and human resources experience enhances the operational effectiveness of W39 Services.
Managing Director
Killian O’Boyle is the Managing Director of W39 Services and benefits from several years experience as a managing agent for one of Ireland’s largest property management agencies. Killian is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin (BA), The Michael Smurfit Business School at University College Dublin (MBS) and a member of the Irish Property and Facility Management Association (IPFMA).
Chairman
Galen Bales is the co-founder and Chairman. He was previously managing director of W39 Services. Galen is a serial entrepreneur previously recognised by Ernst & Young as a finalist in their Entrepreneur of the Year Award.
Education
The vast majority of the W39 Services team have benefited from university education and degrees. The W39 Educational Assistance Programme provides encouragement for employees to further their education and has already yielded a certified company secretary, a business degree, and a certificate in social work.

Joint Labour Commission Agreements (JLC)
W39 Services is fully compliant with the National Employment Rights Authority and remunerates staff over and above the terms and conditions of the Joint Labour Commission agreements for both Cleaning and Agricultural workers.
