W39 Caretakers are uniformed, equipped, managed and trained to the highest standard in the Irish residential property market.
W39 Caretakers not only keep residential property maintained and clean they also use their eyes and ears and W39’s experience to be the on-location identifier of issues.
All staff are trained to our minimum standards and are equipped with dedicated site-specific email addresses, camera phones and reporting systems to support remote managing agents with the best information possible in a reliable and speedy fashion.
One of our senior caretakers was a finalist in the 2009 Irish Contract Cleaning Awards, the only residential location to be a finalist!
Caretaker Training Programme
W39 has developed the most comprehensive employee training program in the Irish Residential Property Sub-Contracted Services Sector. The W39 Training Programme is designed to comply with Irish Health and Safety Regulation, the W39 Health and Safety Statement, and the rigours of our ‘working onsite with insight approach’.
W39 ensures that all field operatives comply with our training program during their 6 month probationary period.
British Institute of Cleaning Science Accredited Trainer
W39 field operatives are certified by the British Institute of Cleaning Science(BICSc), which issues fully accredited certificates recognised throughout the world. All our field operatives are required to have BICSc Stage I and Stage II Certification. W39 became a fully approved and certified BICSc training centre in 2009.
Manual Handling
W39 requires all field operatives to have Manual Handling Training. W39 Services sponsors the cost of this training.
Safe Pass
W39 requires all field operatives working on building sites to have the Safe Pass Certificate.
