W39 Clean

Our Cleaning services range from apartment and house cleaning to complete apartment block cleaning, office cleaning, specialist cleaning, emergency cleaning, end of tenancy cleaning, window cleaning and a broad range of extended cleaning services for our residential and commercial client base.

W39 provides a trained cleaning team to ensure a consistency of service with a focus on the highest standards. Our staff are trained using the latest in cleaning technology systems and complies with REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemical substances) guidelines to ensure the health of staff and customers alike. Some examples include:

  • End of Tenancy Cleaning – leaving the place as you found it
  • Apartment Block Cleaning – internal and external
  • Event Cleaners – preparing for and cleaning up after an event
  • Office Cleaning – unobtrusive and effective
  • Extended Cleaning: Power washing, Carpet Shampoo, Emergency Cleaning

Our Cleaners are uniformed, equipped, managed and trained to levels 1 and 2 of the British Institute of cleaning standards (BICSc).

Window Cleaning  

W39 uses Sureclean Systems, a water-fed pole system for external window cleaning which needs no ladders, is especially safe, efficient and effective, accesses areas you couldn't normally reach is ecologically friendly and provides a quality clean!

Training Program

W39 has developed the most comprehensive employee-training program in the Irish Property Services Sector. The W39 Training Programme is designed to comply with Irish Health and Safety Regulation, as well as the W39 Health and Safety Statement, and the rigours of our ‘working onsite with insight approach’. W39 is one of only six BICs accredited training centres in Ireland and was a finalist in the ICCA cleaning awards in 2008. We take cleaning seriously conforming to industry best practice.

British Institute of Cleaning Science Accredited Trainer

W39 field operatives are certified by the British Institute of Cleaning Science, which issues fully accredited certificates recognised throughout the world. W39 requires all field operatives to have the BICSc Stage I and Stage II Certificates. W39 became a fully approved and certified Dublin based BICSc training centre in 2009.

Manual Handling

W39 requires all field operatives to have Manual Handling Training. W39 Services sponsors the cost of this training.

Safe Pass

W39 Services requires all field operatives working on building sites to have the Safe Pass Certificate.
