Well intending property developers, Management Companies and managing agents were previously restricted to offering doormen and security guarding services as a weak alternative but these offerings have not met owner, agent, staff and resident expectations or demands.
W39 provides a comprehensive concierge offering that will complement and enhance the value and working experience of owner, staff and residents while better addressing the needs of the Management Company, managing agent and owners.
Our objective is achieved through a combination of professionally trained and supervised on-site staff; through a well-designed and supported programme of products and services; and, our backbone of logistics, system, and multi-channel communication support.

The lobby desk can be staffed at hours that are suitable to the property including bank holidays. We have developed the most comprehensive concierge employee-training programme in the Irish Property Services Sector so that we provide a trained, supported and professional desk based concierge service to include:

Managing Agent Services:
W39 acts as a filter to the residential manager. We handle thousands of investor, resident and visitor requests and enquiries on a weekly basis and ensure tasks and relevant messages are reported and passed on for completion.
Residential, Investor and Commercial Customer Services
Our concierge team has developed a range of services available to residents and non resident unit owners from errand services to apartment cleaning, newspaper and dry-cleaning delivery as well as package and key holding and much more!
